STEP 1 : Run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

  • If you have Norton Family installed, uninstall it until you run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.

STEP 3 Update the Video graphics driver

  • Press that the Windows + R keys, to start the Run dialog box.

  • From the Device Manager window, Double Click on Display adapter.
  • Right-click on the H D graphics card, and choose Properties.
